Every cycle takes up to 25 seconds and you repeat it 5 to 10 times.
You stimulate the energy of the heart by slowly using loose fists between the shoulder blades.
Gently remove your hands again.
And you move down to the legs again.
Sitting position is between the legs.
Five to ten times.
You move over to the sides.
Palms and fingers turn around again and you start the whole cycle anew.
Yin, very easy.
Yang, with a firm grip, but still very easy.
You exhale.
You inhale.
Each cycle takes about 20 to 30 seconds.
You repeat it up to 10 times.
Remember to be relaxed yourself, to sit comfortably.
